At Treeton Medical we are keen to have patient input into our practice. We have a patient participation group who meet at the surgery on a quarterly basis. This gives patients the opportunity to express their views. If you would like to get involved or would like your ideas passed to the group, please complete the online form and we will pass them onto a member of the participation group.
