Welcome to Treeton Medical Centre

We are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am – 6.30 pm for all enquiries, prescription collections, making appointments.  We are closed every Saturday and Sunday.   The surgery is closed on a Thursday from 12md once a month Training Dates

Please use the Contact us online link above to request a GP or ANP appointment, request a extended sick note or send an admin enquiry.  For Nurse and HCA appointments please contact us directly over the phone.   If you are unable to complete a request online please contact us for assistance.

 

 

 

Out of Hours

For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call the Out of Hours service on: 0114 2692600

You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help.

Extended Access Hub Cover

Weekdays 6:30pm until 8pm and weekend mornings there are routing GP appointments available at hubs based at Broom Lane, Kimberworth Park, Dinnington and Dalton.
